Coronavirus resurge continues in Czech Republic

November 9th, 2021

There were another 9,523 COVID cases in the Czech Republic on Monday, 1,660 more than a week ago, and the number of COVID hospitalised rose to 3,114, according to the data the Health Ministry released today. Last week, too, the daily numbers of newly infected were over 9,000. This happened in three days. The number of the hospitalised is the highest since late April. Of them, 440 are in a serious condition.
