There were another 11,553 coronavirus cases in the Czech Republic on Thursday, 2,500 more than a week ago, and over 1,200 COVID-infected are in a serious condition in hospital now, according to the data the Health Ministry released this morning. There were over 10,000 new cases of the infection for the third day in a row. Since the outbreak last March, the infection has been detected in almost 1,135,000 Czechs, with over one million recoveries. The COVID death toll has reached 18,913. Now there are 112,305 infected, with the number increasing in the past days.
