Coronavirus - Five fatalities, 156 new infections

Five patients, generally elderly with co-morbidities, died over the past 24 hours, while 156 new infections were registered, koronavirus.gov.hu said on Monday. So far 5,146,949 people have received a first jab, while 3,611,690 have been fully vaccinated. The number of active infections went down to 74,569, while hospitals are treating 981 Covid patients, 110 of whom need respiratory assistance. Since the first outbreak, 804,538 infections have been registered, while fatalities have risen to 29,733. Fully 700,236 people have made a recovery.
