Consumer mood in July improved for third consecutive month - stats office

The consumer climate in Slovakia improved somewhat at the beginning of July for the third consecutive month, with the seasonally adjusted consumer confidence indicator rising by 1.1 points to reach minus 34.4, the Statistics Office reported on Wednesday. Consumers were more optimistic when it came to all four indicator components, especially expectations regarding unemployment and, to a lesser extent, the overall economic situation.
