Constitutional Court accepts Vazny's complaint over his dismissal as SP head

The Constitutional Court has accepted for further proceedings Lubomir Vazny's complaint regarding his dismissal from the post of head of social-insurer Socialna poistovna (SP) by the Slovak government in September 2020. Vazny, currently an MP for the opposition Smer-SD party, argued that his fundamental right to other legal protection and the right to access to elected and other public functions had been violated.
