The Constitutional Court on Wednesday rejected a motion, filed by a group of opposition MPs, who viewed an amendment to the Constitution from December 2020, related to the judicial reform, as violating the Constitution. In their motion, the MPs objected to a restriction, according to which the Constitutional Court won't decide on compliance of constitutional laws with the Constitution itself.
