At its Wednesday (October 23) closed-door session, the Constitutional Court reached a verdict on the objection about bias that unsuccessful presidential candidate and judge Stefan Harabin raised against Constitutional Court judges Lubos Szigeti, Ivan Fiacan, Ladislav Dudits and Libor Dulo in his complaint, with which Harabin attempts to have March's presidential election declared unlawful, unconstitutional and annulled and a new election held in its stead, TASR learnt on Thursday.
