Condition of stabbing spree victims and two injured police officers stabilised

The health condition of all the five people that were injured on Thursday during the stabbing incident in the town of Vrutky (Zilina region) has been stabilised, TASR learnt on Friday from Martin University Hospital spokesperson Katarina Kapustova. According to the spokeswoman, four of them underwent surgery. "Two police officers had leg gunshot wounds, which were the least serious injuries among the group... The most severe injuries were caused to a teacher and a boy, who suffered stab wounds in the chest and stomach..." stated Kapustova, adding that surgeons also had to tend to stab wounds in the chest of girl.
