Communist leader Filip released from hospital after heart attack

February 21st, 2020

Czech Communist (KSCM) leader and lower house deputy head Vojtech Filip left the General Teaching Hospital (VFN) in Prague at around 11:00 this morning after his two-day stay in it due to his Wednesday's heart attack and cardiological treatment, KSCM spokeswoman Helena Grofova told CTK today. Doctors detected the heart attack of Filip, 65, in an early stage, saying that this gives hope for the patient to be released to home care soon.
