Committee to ask Fico about use of mansion

Smer-SD chair Robert Fico is supposed to deliver to parliament's onflict of interest committee an explanation in writing to detail how he paid for the use of a mansion in Vinosady (Bratislava region), TASR learnt on Wednesday. The committee also ruled on the same day that the same explanation must be disclosed also by the provider that rendered the service to Fico. Fico is required to submit the explanation within ten days. According to committee chair Richard Rasi, Fico faces the risk of a penalty of twelve monthly salaries with no option of a more lenient fine.
