Clear Czech rules for granting subsidies are lacking - lawyers

Czech courts and offices do not have clear rules for granting subsidies and they interpret the standards in formalistic ways, unlike EU institutions, according to lawyers who took part in a seminar on the interpretation of a conflict of interest held in the Senate on Tuesday.
