Advocate General Campos Sanchez-Bordona of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) suggested on Thursday that the court should reject Poland's and Hungary's complaint regarding the EU posted worker directive. Warsaw and Budapest believe that the regulations violate the freedom of services. According to Poland, the EU's posted workers regulations would seriously reduce its lower-wage advantage. Poland, which has one of the largest road transport fleets in Europe, would be hit hard by the new rules.
