Chief public health officer Svrcinova has COVID-19

Czech chief public health officer Pavla Svrcinova has tested positive for coronavirus, Health Ministry spokesman Daniel Koppl told Czech Radio today, adding that Svrcinova, 58, has no symptoms of COVID-19 and will spend two weeks in isolation. On Sunday, outgoing Health Minister Adam Vojtech announced having tested positive for coronavirus. He said he had a mild course of the infection, would stay at home and switch to a remote working regime.
