Although the number of coronavirus infections in Hungary is steadily falling, precautions are still needed as Covid-19 patients can still be found in various parts of the country, the country's chief epidemiologist said on Tuesday. Janos Szlavik said a wide variety of drugs were in use to help treat Covid-19 patients in Hungary, including drugs to treat malaria, HIV-AIDS and influenza, as well as new pills imported from the United States and Japan. Plasma therapy is also effective, he said.
