Entrepreneur Jozef B. (name abbreviated due to legal reasons), who has been charged as part of the National Crime Agency's (NAKA) Operation Toll Collector, was admitted into the psychiatric ward of the hospital in the Bratislava borough of Ruzinov on Tuesday night due to his poor health, the businessman's lawyer Ludovit Stanglovic confirmed for TASR on Wednesday. According to the lawyer, law enforcement authorities knew about Jozef B.'s poor health from the very beginning of the criminal proceedings. The entrepreneur was taken to hospital following six hours of questioning at the Police Corps Presidium headquarters, after which the police decided to detain him.
