Trnava-based carmaker Stellantis Slovakia has reported on its website that it has once again suspended production on Thursday due to the outage of semiconductor component supplies caused by the coronavirus pandemic. The only processes that havent been suspended are logistics and unloading of lorries. All other employees will remain idle. The carmaker has had production issues since early May, with the main reason being a shortage of components on the global market. It's been suspending and relaunching production according to the situation at hand since then.
