Caputova to attend funeral of late Queen Elizabeth II
September 12th, 2022
President Zuzana Caputova will represent Slovakia at the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II next Monday. At the invitation of the United Kingdom, she will take part in the funeral together with her partner Juraj Rizman, the president's spokesman Martin Strizinec told TASR. The funeral will take place at 11am local time (12pm CEST) in Westminster Abbey in London. The Queen will then be buried in St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle.
