Caputova: Reducing emissions and green economy must become plan

Halving emissions and introducing an emission-free green economy shouldn't be an ambition, it must become a concrete plan that will guide all our actions, said Slovak President Zuzana Caputova on Friday when addressing students at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich. Slovakia, the European Union and Switzerland plan to be climate-neutral by 2050. "Science says it clearly - globally, we are far from reaching that goal," stated Caputova.
