Caputova receives credentials from new Apostolic Nuncio Girasoli

President Zuzana Caputova on Friday received credentials from new apostolic nuncio of the Holy See Nicola Girasoli. Girasoli until recently had served as the apostolic nuncio in Peru. He was tasked with his mission in Slovakia by Pope Francis in July. As TASR has learnt from the Slovak Bishops Conference (KBS) press office, Girasoli arrived in Slovakia on Tuesday. His first destination upon arriving in the country was the Apostolic Nunciature in Bratislava. Subsequently, he took part in a holy mass at St. Martin's Cathedral in Bratislava.
