Caputova promotes eight senior army officers

President Zuzana Caputova as commander-in-chief of the Slovak Armed Forces on Thursday promoted eight senior army officers to the various ranks of general. The president in her speech called on the officers to perform their social mission in addition to their direct duties. She wants them to lead by example in forming true patriotism and influencing the public so that it will appreciate the importance and significance of state defence issues.
