Caputova marks Velvet Revolution anniversary

President Zuzana Caputova laid a wreath at the Gate of Freedom memorial in the Bratislava borough of Devin on Wednesday to mark the Day of the Fight for Freedom and Democracy, thanking those who took an active part in the 1989 Velvet Revolution along with the "unsung heroes" who flooded public squares and contributed towards the end of the communist regime.
