Caputova: If USA rejected interpretation of DCA, Slovakia won't sign it

The American side doesn't have to sign a so-called interpretation clause, which will be part of the authorisation to sign the Defence Cooperation Agreement (DCA) between Slovakia and the USA, President Zuzana Caputova stated on Thursday. Theoretically, it's possible that the USA would reject the clause. If this happens, we aren't interested in signing the agreement, because the clause contains an interpretation statement of how Slovakia sees the agreement.
