Caputova: Creation of first CSR prerequisite for independence of two republics

The formation of the first Czechoslovak Republic (CSR) was a prerequisite for the independence of the Slovak and Czech Republics, and we still stand on this basis today, stated President Zuzana Caputova on Friday. Caputova laid wreaths at the Memorial of Czechoslovak Statehood and at the Milan Rastislav Stefanik Monument in Bratislava on Friday morning to mark the Day of the Establishment of the Independent Czechoslovak State.
