Caplovic wants to introduce more egalitarian model of Slovak primary schools

Education Minister Dusan Caplovic wants to alter the institute of primary schools in Slovakia along the lines of the Finnish model, where pupils aged 7-16 all go to the same type of general primary school with the exception of mentally-challenged or special needs children. Speaking at a press conference on Amnesty International's 2011 report, Caplovic said that he wants the Slovak primary school to be fully integrated and no selection applied.
