Businessman Norbert B. from Nitra, who is charged in the 'Stock Farmer' case involving agricultural subsidies, will stay in custody, along with Peter K. and Lubomir P., while another figure, Milan K., was released as part of a decision made by a pre-trial judge of the Specialised Criminal Court on Monday. While the prosecutor in charge demanded an extension of custody until November 1, the judge extended it only until July 1. Norbert B. has appealed the decision.
