Budget responsibility council calls 'concrete measures' to reduce state deficit

Slovakia's Council on Budget Responsibility (RRZ) said on Thursday that the government will have to implement "concrete measures" impacting some 4 percent of GDP to reduce its goal of pushing state deficit below 3 percent of GDP by 2023.
