Brockova receives new Iranian ambassador

Foreign ministry State Secretary Ingrid Brockova on Tuesday received the credentials of new Iranian Ambassador to Slovakia Abbas Bagherpour Ardekaniho, who is based in Vienna, TASR learnt on Wednesday from the ministry. The two sides discussed the development of bilateral relations between the two countries, emphasising economic cooperation. "We, along with the Economy Ministries of our respective countries, will make efforts to organise a session of a Joint Slovak-Iranian Economic Committee, which will help to reflect current topics of bilateral economic relations and to intensify trade between the countries," said Brockova.
