British mutation now dominant coronavirus strain in Poland

The British variant of the coronavirus is causing the majority of Covid-19 cases in Poland, the Health Ministry spokesman has said. "The British coronavirus variant is responsible for 60 percent of new infections and its transmission is growing towards 80 percent of all new infections," Wojciech Andrusiewicz told a press briefing on Friday.
