Bratislava sees several demonstrations on Constitution Day

Several demonstrations were held in Bratislava on Wednesday, Slovakia's Constitution Day holiday. At the protest in fornt of Parliament, police had to interfere to make sure the protesters maintained distance from the building. Several scuffles ensued and the police apprehended two persons. About two hundred people were protesting also in front of the Presidential Palace, an event organised by far-right LSNS party. The speakers lambasted the vaccination against COVID-19, the pandemic and epidemiological measures.
