M.R. Stefanik Airport in Bratislava will carry out an exercise aimed at a suspected public health threat, airport spokeswoman Veronika Sevcikova said on Monday, adding that no measures for passengers have been introduced at the airport due to the outbreak of coronavirus. Following a crisis team meeting at the health ministry on Monday, Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini (Smer-SD) said that Slovakia would take several preventive measures against the spread of the virus. The airport spokeswoman noted that measures for passengers have not been introduced at the airport in connection with coronavirus. The measures at airports are ordered by Slovakia's chief public health officer, not the airport itself.
