Blockchain-linked excellence centre to be established in Bratislava

An Excellence Centre that could contribute to the technological revolution will be set up in Slovakia as a result of international cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries in the field of blockchain, Matej Michalko, general director of a company called Decent, informed TASR on Tuesday. Blockchain is viewed as a revolutionary technology in the IT sector. The centre will be based in Bratislava and Beijing. A special centre for research and innovations in the field of blockchain should be opened in Bratislava in a couple of weeks.
