The House constitutional committee turned down an OLaNO-sponsored proposal to revoke a presidential pardon in the so-called Technopol fraud case, TASR learnt on Monday. The legislation is currently having its second reading. The lawmakers pointed to the fact that one of the main players in the case, still enjoying a presidential pardon, is entrepreneur Marian K., who faces charges of ordering the murder of journalist Jan Kuciak, counterfeiting promissory notes worth 70 million euros against TV Markiza and obstructing justice.
