Beijing complains about Czech Senate head's speech at Taiwanese event

The Embassy of the People's Republic of China complained in the Senate about the Wednesday speech the chairman of the Czech upper house, Jaroslav Kubera (the Civic Democratic Party, ODS), delivered at a Taiwanese celebration, server Denik N said on Friday. At the event, Kubera stressed Czech-Taiwanese economic cooperation and took a photo along with representatives of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Czech Republic.
