Babis: Prague airport to step up checks over coronavirus

Security checks at Prague international airport will be stricter due to the new coronavirus infection spreading from China, Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis said after a meeting of the National Security Council on Monday. Health Minister Adam Vojtech said after a cabinet meeting that Czech chief sanitary officer Eva Gottvaldova sent a set of regulations to the Prague airport this morning saying what the crews of all aircraft landing in Prague should do. The crew should tell the passengers about the measures that the airport adopted in connection with coronavirus.
