Babis,Merkel discussing coronavirus, EU budget and recovery

Prime Minister Andrej Babis and German Chancellor Angela Merkel discussed coronavirus, the EU budget and the recovery fund this morning, Babis has tweeted. Babis repeated that the criterion of the jobless rate from between 2015 and 2019 for the distribution of money was unfair. He said he was not against a deal.
