August 1st, 2022

If the presidential election were held this Sunday in Czechia, former Prime Minister Andrej Babis would win with 25.5 percent of the vote ahead of General Petr Pavel (21 percent), the latest poll by the Median agency showed. Babis's lead shrunk from 28.5 percent last month, while Pavel's popularity picked up from 19.5 percent. The first round of the election will be held on 13-14 January 2023.
