Babis: EU electromobility goals must not harm Czech industry

The European Commission's (EC) goals in introducing electromobility must avoid harming the Czech industry, Prime Minister Andrej Babis said on a visit to north Moravia on Thursday. Babis called the EC's Wednesday proposal on the issue "extremely ambitious". The EC has proposed, among others, that no new cars producing carbon emissions should be sold in the EU by 2035.
