Babis asks Mynar to resign as KPR head, otherwise would sack him

Czech PM Andrej Babis has called on Vratislav Mynar to resign as the Presidential Office (KPR) head, otherwise Babis would make the personnel changes by himself after the constitution's Article 66 is activated, Babis told server iDNES.cz today. The Article 66 deals with a situation where the country finds itself without a president or the president is unable to perform his duties. If activated based on the consent of both houses of parliament, a part of the presidential powers get divided between the prime minister and the Chamber of Deputies chairperson.
