Poland's Internal Security Agency (ABW) has detained an individual identified as Mikolaj B. on the suspicion that he was planning a terrorist attack in Poland, the spokesman for the minister-coordination of Poland's special services said on Friday. Mikolaj B., a Polish citizen using the name Mohammed, was detained on May 9. He is a member of the Muslim community in Warsaw. According to ABW documents, Mikolaj B. has been declaring plans to carry out a terrorist attack in a public space. The attack was to be an act of revenge on opponents of Islam. According to officers handling the investigation, Mikolaj B. was undergoing psychiatric treatment.
