Austrian, Czech foreign ministers to meet in Prague on Thursday

Austrian Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg, who will come to Prague on Thursday, will be the first foreign guest whom new Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky will receive in his seat in the Czernin Palace next to the Prague Castle, the Czech Foreign Ministry told CTK today. Schallenberg and Lipavsky will talk about the relations between their neighbouring countries, cooperation in Central Europe and preparation for the Czech presidency of the Council of the European Union from July to December 2022. They will also discuss the latest EU affairs, such as migration and Western Balkans, and the current situation in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus.
