Apartment prices up nearly 6 pc in Poland

Prices of flats increased by almost 6 percent in the past year, according to a report published on Monday by Heritage Real Estate Investments. Based on data from the seven largest cities in Poland, the average developer transaction price was 7.5 percent up in the fourth quarter of 2020 than a year earlier. Prices on the secondary market grew on average by 5.6 percent.
