Andrej H. released from detention

MH Manazment board of directors vice-chair Andrej H., who was detained on Thursday by the National Crime Agency (NAKA) over suspicions of tender machinations, has been released in the meantime, his lawyer Peter Erdos confirmed on Friday for TASR. Andrej H. has been charged with assisting with shady tender machinations when he operated as vice-chair of the Public Procurement Office (UVO). According to Erdos, Andrej H. provided a very detailed testimony regarding everything he has been accused of, denying any guilt and filing an appeal against the charges. These, however, are not valid yet.
