Almost half of Poles want elections at earliest possible date - poll

Forty-three percent of Poles are in favour of holding the presidential election as soon as possible so the country could focus on combating the economic consequences of the epidemic, according to a poll conducted by Social Changes for wPolityce.pl web portal. As many as 36 percent of Poles expressed the opposite view, whereas 21 percent of respondents did not have an opinion on the matter.
