Ader offers condolences, Hungarian help to flood-ravaged Germany

President Janos Ader has expressed his condolences to the families of the victims of the floods in Germany and to those injured. In a message to the German head of state, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Ader said he was deeply distressed to learn of the floods which have wreaked massive damage in the provinces of Rhineland-Palatinate and North Rhine-Westphalia, and he offered Hungary's help to Germany.
