Ader decorates former Transcarpathia governor

President Janos Ader has decorated Hennadiy Moskal, former governor of Ukraine's Transcarpathia region, with Hungary's Order of Honour, Middle Cross. The order was handed over by Istvan Ijgyarto, the Hungarian ambassador, in Kiev on Tuesday. The former governor received the high order in recognition for his efforts to maintain peace between ethnic groups, ensure ethnic minority rights and preserve the multi-cultural and multi-lingual nature of Transcarpathia.
