30km dual carriageway inaugurated in C Hungary

February 7th, 2020

A 30 kilometre section of the M4 dual carriageway south-east of Budapest was inaugurated on Friday. The stretch between Ullo and Albertirsa cost net 52 billion forints (EUR 154.1m) to construct. It was built by Duna Aszfalt and EuroAszfalt. The M4 now runs for a distance of almost 45 kilometres, from the M0 ring road around the capital to Cegled, near Szolnok. The M4 was built entirely with state monies.
