Slovakia to dispatch humanitarian aid convoy to Ukraine on Friday

Slovakia will dispatch a convoy with humanitarian aid for Ukraine in connection with the coronavirus pandemic on Friday, Interior Ministry spokesman Peter Lazarov has told TASR. "In response to Ukrainian Foreign Affairs Minister Dmytro Kuleba's request for help in combating the Covid-19 pandemic, Slovakia is sending material humanitarian aid to Ukraine, including surgical masks, disinfection concentrate, portable tables and blankets," said Lazarov. Slovakia will also dispatch three ambulances to provide health care on the contact line in eastern Ukraine.
