Four US firms working on IT services projects in Poland - trade agency

Four American companies are working on IT services projects in Poland, Wojciech Trusz of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) has told PAP, adding that it is a demonstration of growing interest in Polish IT/ICT products and services in the United States. According to a PAIH report, exports of the Polish IT/ICT sector have been among the fastest growing in recent years. Trusz, a PAIH expert in IT and ICT markets, said that year on year not only was the value of the sector's exports to the US increasing, but so was their share in Polish exports as a whole. PAIH explained that Poland's specialties are outsourcing, computer game and software creation and application management.
