Detector finds 11 illegal migrants in truck heading westwards

A heartbeat detector helped the Czech police uncover 11 illegal migrants in the cargo space of a truck crossing the Karlovy Vary Region westwards last night, police spokeswoman Zuzana Tyrova wrote on Twitter today. The driver and his companion have been arrested. The police have launched proceedings against the two men, aged 38 and 42, over the suspected offence of organising and enabling an illegal border crossing, Tyrova wrote.
