Poland recorded 975 new confirmed coronavirus cases and 29 deaths over the past 24 hours to Tuesday morning, against 421 cases reported on Monday, data released by the Health Ministry shows. The health-care system is now handling 1,529 Covid-19 hospitalisations, up from 1,384 recorded the day prior, including 168 patients on ventilators, against the total of 644 ventilators available, the Health Ministry said on Twitter. The Health Ministry also reported that 84,820 people are under quarantine. So far 2,662,115 people have recovered.
